Well he's your girlfriend so obviously you love her and if you love the person you should know how to understand her weaknesses.If she thinks slow and react slow to conversation try to adjust yourself from it.Lower your self to reach her out.Another thing is instead of making her weaknesses as a big burden in your relationship better support her all the way.Let her feel that shes special despite of what she is.Never make things which will lower her confidence and will leads to insecurities.If you can't accept her condition then what you feel isnt love.
