giving chances only to the players who work wit thr talents completely and they must know wat their advantages against the disadvantages correctly of their own .......a player should respect the other players in the team ,so that he w'll be respected eqally by his teamates equally.........

As i had suggested earlier firstly Sachin, rahul, dravid, saurav, yuvraj should be retained call back kaif, dhoni has to be groomed and should me made aware of his reponsibility i think he has been floating and about time he is brough back to the ground Dinesh Karthik should be retained, irfan pathan should be groomed well with Munaf patel as they are both from baroda as that would help them train a bit better and also yusuf pathan can be looked at at giveing a break as he is also from baroda. Suresh Raina qualifies on his feilding abilities alone and if his batting is finetuned he can be one of the super starts, gautam gambhir should be included sehwag should get some rest and spend some time on the local cricketing circuit, VVS laxman should be called back to the test team Shrisanth is a boon and has to be nurtured very carefully, and yes most IMPORTANT an Indian Coach has to be hired cos foreiners are bad news for indian cricket they just cannot digest it.

First of all I would like of media stop interfaring in cricket. Even politics should be kept aside from cricket. We would also have to make some stong decisions like : droping some senior players, changing the coach and I would like to see some local Indian coach and change the captin.
