Do you worry about carpal tunnel from all the typing you do?

Sounds like it to me. I have it in both writs and the same symptoms. Not much we can do except stop typing and wearing a wrist bandage. Hope you feel better.

I know my hand that i use for my mouse is always cold but i figured it was just from it being on my mouse all the time. I sometimes get shooting pains from my wrist up my arm and up to my thumbs and i know that could be a sign of carpel tunnel. ur symptoms could also be from carpel tunnel. i am on a coumputer everyday because i work on a computer and then when i am done with work i am on my personal computer then for a few hours also.

it could be or you could just need to get proper chair that support the forearm adn shoulder so you do not have to rest your wrist on the key board.
