Derek Jeter Card Sells on Ebay for over 10 thousand dollars

I collect baseball cards and I actually have three of these cards. What I can't believe is that some actually paid 10 thousand dollars for a 2007 Bronze Topps Derek Jeter card. I know that Topps has stopped producing them but really. Would you spend that kind of money on a baseball card?

Only if I was super duper rich and never had to worry about money, otherwise no I would not. I like to collect certain things but I can't imagine paying that much money for it. Are you going to put one of yours on eBay?

Honestly, no I think I will keep. I have three one for myself, and one for each of my two daughters. When they get older they can do whatever they want with the cards. I agree I collect baseball cards and antique books and I would never pay that much for either. It seems like a waste.
