LCD making clicking sounds

I've noticed that my Samsung LCD TV makes some strange clicking sounds every now and then, even when it's turned off. Anyone else notice anything like that? Anyone know why it makes these sounds?

I am also having LCD 17" samsung But i never faced such problem
But the monitor refreshes many times is it same with you??

No I don't think that's happening... But are you talking about a computer monitor? Maybe that's different!?
