if u are working in restaurants or bars and u have a clients will always makes u mad or makes ur head big what will u do?

In the service business the phrase "the client is always right" is like a command that all employees must follow.
It depends on what it is the client do that makes you mad. As long as you are not being sexually harrass or your not being assaulted then sometimes we just take it in stride. Showing that you are affected will only encourage them to get on your nerves.
As long as they are not physically maltreating you and they are just using words to constantly irritate you then theres nothing you can do. Maybe you can retort with a witty remark when they say things that are offensive.
Seek help from you manager in dealings with this kind of clients.

yah...i know what you mean. there are times you are itching to fight back. what i usually do is just make a witty retort and try to make things lite by making them laugh. Sometimes adding humour to their nasty remarks make things better for you and the customer.
if there are something that i learn in the service business is never to underestimate a customer. you never know which of them have connections to certain circles that would prove to be beneficial to you later on.
