Degree or Experience?

I have an associate's degree, and feel as if I should go back and finish my bachelors. However, I also have a great job and have moved up quickly. Which do you view as most important, degree or experience.

With the advent of online schooling you can do both if you want. It doesn't take a lot of time to take two courses a semester.
