I'm sure a lot of you have heard of the Hostage taking news in manila here's a reference link for you if you haven't: http://asia.news.yahoo.com/070328/afp/070328164347int.html The suspect claimed that he did this act for a good cause: "During the tense standoff, Ducat called a radio station and demanded free education and free housing for 145 pre-schoolers, including the hostages, at the Musmos Day Care Center he runs in the city's slum Tondo district. In a rambling discourse, he had vowed to surrender peacefully if his demands were met and pledged he would not hurt the children." Kidnapping for the sake of free education and housing...A wrong act for a good cause.. do you think that a good cause can justify a good act? this is just a sample event. I'm talking about life in general- have you had an experience before when you had done something bad for a good cause? like robinhood? Do you think its ok?

I already had a response about this... This is so unnecesary...yes, he like what's best for that kids..( yeah, I wonder how it becomes best when your holding a grenade insight of little kids...he can definitely give trauma to them) He has good intentions but bad attitude to resolve that intentions...I read that this guy always do this to fight for his principle, his hostages and hunger strikes...definitely gets all the media...that's all he needs "attention"...to get what he wants...too stubborn to make something worthwhile to answer his needs to help people. I mean, there's gotta be more way to ask for help besides one that involves crime and disturbance to others. But he sure is smart and brave doing this.. so brave handling that grenade???...in front of hundreds of S.W.A.T team??!!...man you gotta be so brave to do this!!...and definitely smart...he made his "so called" kidnapping ended and walks to fame at 7 p.m. here in the philippines, where all the news program is on air...so he will get live feedback and just climb to mountains of popularity

This begs the question - can you fight evil with evil? Or, can you fight fire with fire? In practically all cases, you will find that it is not the most ideal of solutions. You fight evil with good, and fire with water. No, a good cause cannot justify a wrong act.

It can and it happens so many times, yours i robinhood, others are the underground people who have patriotic beliefs and against the current government system,....but i hope it may not happen to me, I believe good cause is best to work in good act also. I am not saying that i am a good person that i may not do bad things, what i am saying is that. If the desire of your heart is good, God will help you in his own unique way. just ask for the leading. And he will guide you to the GOOD and correct path towards your good cause. TRUST HIS HEART!
