fresh cow's milk or a non-fat milk?

which is more nutritious? a fresh milk or a non-fat milk? i want to know your views about it, would you prefer non-fat milk because of its non-fat category or you still believe that freshmilk is better?

i prefer a fresh milk than a non-fat milk, coz i believe that fresh milk has more nutrition than a processed one. cheers.
