Have you ever seen that movie? I know it's an older movie, but it's one of my absolute favorites. It's funny but also touching and teaches a few lessons along the way. Have you seen it and what do you think about it?

Helen Hunt and Jack Nicholson! Who would have thougt the two of them could make such a good movie together. She is an amazing actress. I loved her character and how she dealt with the old curmudgeon. I also love a happy ending. I enjoyed this movie very much.

It wasn't that funny, it wasn't that great. I personally hate the movie. My mother loves it though.

Hi! I really enjoy this movie, too! Cuba Gooding Jr is just awesome! But again, when isn't he? LOL I think that this is one of those movies that if even one of the characters had been played by someone else, even the minor characters, the movie wouldn't have had the same effect. It's a great movie! Oh, and I'm a big Harold Ramis fan, so I was really happy to see him in this, too! :-)

Oh I love that movie. I have a thing for movies about people with disabilities anyway. It is very funny as most of them are. But I really like when they teach some lessons and make people think. I'm a big advocate for the mentally challenged population. It's like my lifes work..lol

I also liked it a lot. The little dog was especially cute :P I tend to have a soft spot with movies/books where a difficult person discovers what a blessing it is to have people who care about them around :) I also particularly liked J. Nicholson's line "What if this is as good as it gets?", I find it... I don't know how to call it but it always gets me thinking. Because you know, people sometimes tend to think that their life is going to be better in a while, when they'll finish paying the mortgage or when their kids grow up. But as the time flies by they don't realize that their health may leave them or something else can happen. They don't know it yet but the present moment can be "as good as it gets", only getting downhill from there. So that quote makes me live my life a bit fuller (or at least try to) :o)
