how do you stay FIT?

Fitness as we all know is very important to our health..There are lot of ways of getting fit and healthy..
Mine generally is just exercise..stretching and a little diet..2 to 4 times a week is good enough for me..i dont go to gym..i just exercise at home..besides,i dont have enough time and money to go to gym..
and aside from exercise..i also do a lot of chores here at home.helps flex my muscles..
but staying fit is that really hard sometimes..still we get sick..get disease..get stressed-out and sometimes hospitalize..
so besides form exercising..how can we get fit and healthy??

like the saying goes 'there is no shortcut to success'..so the only way to remain in good shape and to be fit is by exercising...doing chores also is a form of exercise... so i dont think that one can become fit and remain healthy by being lazy..

I put 120% into everything I do. I don't walk slow. I take advantage of every opportunity I can.
I own a landscaping company and work long hours. I also jog when I have to go long distances on the job site. 120%
This being stated I don't have to work out. I am in great shape and my job keeps me that way.
