Paypal Transfer Problem!

Well for the past 4 days I've been having money send to my Paypal account just fine. Then on the 27 later that night I had signed up for their Money Investment program. Anyway when I cashed out from a few sites today I didn't ever get the money on my paypal although in my account on the paid sites it showed that they had sent it. I was wondering if being in the investment program temporarily stops you from being able to accept funds into your account or not? Also I had requested Paypal to send me a Debit card, not the credit card. Would that also have any effects on getting money? Thanks for any feedback.

I've never had this problem with paypal, but I also haven't signed up for the investment program. I have had some problems in the past with not recieving or not being able to transfer funds, it can get hecktick. I think that maybe you should call paypal, and find out what the problem is. You could possibly look into the terms and see if it discloses anything about money and how this program affects it.
