JAVA RUN TIME ERROR on my computer.. please help.

I wasn't able to copy paste pictures on my WORD documents and cannot open saved file too. There's a prompt "JAVA RUN TIME ERROR" and ask me to download java run time. What must i gonna do?( Sorry im not much into computer trouble shooting.)
