indian society still in stone age

I happened to go to a village where i noticed 2 tumbler system in a tea shop.Annoyed and frustrated when i spoke to the owner of the shop, he was forced to maintain these glasses separately because of high caste people.My concern is how this village has been freely manintaining this cruel practice which has been abolished long ago by law.
Its very much under control with the people residing in cities as they have to cope up with everyone.but this is happening in some villages.
Friends, have you ever witnessed this kind of ugly system in your place???

To be true I hate this caste system in india where people are after people for their lives . After this problem there is another one standing behind that is class problem .I have seen this problem at tourist places a lot where black people are considered to be of lower class irrespective of whatever money they may be having.
