Well, mylot is a good place to practice your writing and reading english. Its a good place to hone your vocabulary too. If you do need help aside from the numerous others who are also willing to help, just message me and i will gladly help you around some words. :)

you can go to chatroom and try to find a good chatter who can assist you i am sure there are lots who are interested in sharing their knowledge to you. There's no harm in trying.

you can improve your spoken English by talking a lot with others but i think by reading and responding to discussions here can also help you a lot. if you only talk and talk, you will find you haven't enough words to express yourself because talking is a kind of output. you should have enough input as well. read the discussions here and you may learn so many expressions that you can't get in class.
