Is/Was Takahashi Hiroshi Related to Takahashi Sadako?

Is there a blood connection between the person who wrote the screenplay and the woman who was the inspiration for the character of Yamamura Sadako? Takahashi's probably a really common name in Japan, but it would be sort of weird and funny if they actually do share a family bloodline....

I don't *think* that Takahashi Hiroshi is related to Takahashi Sadako. If they are related, then it's unlikely they've ever met. To the best of my knowledge, Takahashi Sadako was alive in the 1930's.
It would be cool if they were related though, it would make the story seem more real.
