bedtime rituals

when my kids were little, we would kneel by the side of the bed, and say prayers, and then i would tuck them each in,.. and ask them one thing that happened that day that made them feel happy. it was so much fun. i did that because i wanted them to feel good when they went to sleep, only with a good memory from thier day! i miss those days..sometimes when i see them, they bring that up, and they remember some of their happy times they told me about! who would think they cared so much??!!!

Before I go to bed, I would reach for a cotton and cleanse my face thoroughly. Washing our face with soap and water will not get all those dirt. Sometimes I would use a moisturizer after facial cleansing and rub lotion in my entire body. If the weather is too hot, I dust my whole body with baby powder. I take my vitamin , turn off the light, ready to jump on the bed. I go to sleep mumbling my nightly little prayers.

i dont have one.i just go to bed when im tierd

I didn't really think I had one until I thought about it. I usually turn off everything in the living room then make sure the front door is locked. I then go upstairs turning off the lights all the way. Then check the kids are ok and go to the loo, brush my teeth and then change and get into bed. Then I read for a while before I lie down for sleep.

Mine is reading my religion book and prayer, then off to bed.
