How many unresolved discussions do you have?

I know everyone is busy getting used to the MyLot changes, but I wanted to remind everyone about their unresolved discussions since we're getting so close to the end of the month. Do you know how many unresolved discussions you have right now? ~:o I just reduced mine to 10 since I wanted to give Best Responses to all the best posts to my discussions before the month was over. From what I understand, you should do this before the end of each month so your BR posters get credit before earnings are wrapped up for the month. ;D ps. In case you don't know how to determine which of your discussions is unresolved yet, Click on discussions at the top of the page, then look for the hotlink "my unresolved discussions" on the top left side of the page. :)

Thanks for the reminder! I have lots of unresolved discussions. I'm gonna go through them tonight. I didn't realize that credit was given for these. Do you know how much credit?

You're welcome :) I've seen several discussions that mention that getting a BR seems to pay a little better than just a regular response but I don't think anyone but mylot knows how much better. I'm sure it has something to do with the ratings, and probably content quality too, but I'm just guessing based on what I've experienced so far. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised by the most recent earnings update this morning. I couldn't believe yesterday was my best day so far for personal earnings, but I got $1.30 just for participation. I was expecting my earnings to be very low since I spent most of my time fixing up my profile page and the new home page. I just checked the start time on this post & how long it's been since earnings were updated and see that they both show 13 hours ago. Since I had already cleaned my unresolved discussions out before posting, AND noticed that I had 3 new BRs on MY page....hmmm could be that it's true that getting BRs does pay a little better. Now doesn't that make you want to give your best efforts everytime you're making replies? I think most members must do their cleanups at the end of each month too. I've seen it take up to 3 weeks for a BR to be awarded, so sometimes they are sweet surprises waiting in your BR section. :)

Wow $1.30 is excellent!! I haven't gotten anything near that for one day. I'm usually around 35 to 49 cents per day. Hopefully that will change soon. I'm doing my best! Last night I went through alot of my unresolved discussions. I will finish up the rest today. I do have a couple discussions with no comments. Those were from my earlier days as a new member on MyLot.

If yours was selected as best response, it seems as though you get paid a little more for it. By cleaning up your unresolved discussions, you are actually helping the members whose responses you liked best. If you do it before the end of the month, you might help push someone a little closer to reaching a minimum payout. ;D

I just checked and I had four unresolved discussions, but two of these have had no responses (boo hoo). I just brought the other two up to date by giving BR. I will remember to do this before the end of each month from now on. Thanks paidreader.

You're doing much better than I did abbey. :) I still have 1 page that's unresolved because they're either old with no responses or newer & still getting responses. :)

I have five because they are new discussions and people haven't had a chance to respond to them yet.

I have 5. 3 of those are empty. I guess at some point mylot will delete them or something. I do try to keep them all done but I want to wait at least 3 days to choose one. I might miss a great add if I choose to quick.

You're doing great then Connie! I wondered about the 0 response discussions getting deleted myself. That's why I still have 10 left. :) I know what you mean about not wanting to award BRs too early too. For me, unless I got a LOT of responses, I still usually wait longer than 3 days to clear mine. Not all of my friends/responders are daily users like I try to be, so I like to give it at least a couple of weeks IF members are still responding. When I got my very 1st BR, I was so happy! The next day it was gone & I was so disappointed. I thought the discussion might have been deleted or something. When I saw that it had been awarded to someone else instead, I thought you could change it if a better answer came in later. I tried to do that to one of mine recently, but I couldn't figure out how to make the change. So now I just give it a little extra time. :D
