"Romeo, Romeo, wherefore art thou Romeo? ..." Very difficult reading but loved the old movie version not too long ago they did a remake "upgraded/dated' version and I didn't care for that at all - way too far off from Shakespear.

Well, I read through them all so you wouldn't get repeats. I only have a few: Simon and Garfunkel, Penn and Teller, Simon and Schuster(haha - the book publisher), Burt and Ernie, Lewis and Clark, Jack and Diane...

Pocahontas was not married to John Smith. She helped him on an expedition and they made a great animated movie, but Pocahontas was married to John Rolfe. You named some pretty great other couples though. I cannot believe I forgot Roy and Dale!

Ambie - I can't believe I didn't catch that Pocahontas and John Smith error = Pocahontas actually married John Rolfe and after their marriage took the 'English' name Rebbeca. Pocahontas' father Powhatan gave the newlyweds property on which Capt. Smith had built a small fort, used as a military outpost in the expansion of the colony.

Anthony and Cleopatra Marie Antoinette and Louis XVI King Henry VIII and Anne Boleyn King Henry VIII and his other 5 wives And for more updated couples, Tom Cruise and Nicole Kidman Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie Donald and Ivana Trump Donald and Melania Knauss Trump.... Wow, those Hollywood types don't last very long at all, do they?
