would you rather marry rich but ugly or marry poor but handsome/beautiful?

I'd rather marry the ugly guy. If you look at stereo types, pretty boys love mirrors, and I hate men who love themselves a little to much in the mirror. Plus pretty boy's know there hot so when he is tired of you, he drops you even if you have been supporting him. Where as the ugly guy may have a better moral character, such as if he is going to marry someone he wants to be with her. And let's face it he doesn't want to lose his money so he's going to be faithful.

I think a option beyond your offer too exists. If one can find out a rich, handsome, learned, gentle and well behaved man will be a good selection as a husband I think.(and vise versa) It's easy to say like you said but becomes some times too painful in life and one starts thinking that the other solution would have been better. A best center to the all the above things works more proper instead of going to any such extremes. All the best from oarnamav.

Well, according to me, a person should not be weighed by his/her monetary values and physical appearance but by his/her nature , ethics ,moral character etc. .You should evaluate other person first of all thinking that do you love each other and the amount of respect he/she has for you and if there is no love and you don't know his or her nature before hand then try to evaluate him by asking him how he/she would respond to them and you even evaluate him by observing how he/she talks to servants or waiters etc. and others.

I would rather go for a rich yet ugly man.
