do you pray before you go to sleep?

I do pray before I go to sleep. It's something I've always done. My mom and dad would always kiss me and my siblings goodnight and say" I love you, say your prayers." My dad still tells me that if I talk to him at night. I'm 26 now and I find myself saying that to my little girl. We say them together and it feels special. I just don't feel right if I don't say them. I guess it put sme at ease.

I try to remember to pray but because I have a tv in my room, I ofter fall asleep and say a word of prayer when I roll over. I know thats lazy.
