I Need A Vacation! If you could travel ANYWHERE - where would you go?

It's been a long day and I could really use a vacation. I dreaming of white sands, blue water and lots of sun! If you could get away and go anywhere you want, where would you go?

I've never been on a vacation in my life. Pathetic I know. I've always wanted to go to Greece. From what I've seen the scenery is just beautiful.

Greece is someplace I hadn't thought of to travel to before! I hope you will get there someday! This would be the perfect year to take your first vacation - even if it is nearby!

After having travelled much - we sort of thought that we'd take a few years off travelling. But - we are heading off to Tahiti mid-winter. That would be around June and we are looking forward to it. We are just four hours away... so off we go. Cheers.

Tahiti has always sounded like a beautiful place to visit. I have never been there, but would like to see if someday. Since you are just four hours away, I am guessing that you have been there before. Do you have a favorite spot or activity?

French Polynesia captured the imagination of people like Gaughin http://www.ezmuseum.com/gaughin1.htm Funnily we have travelled much farther afield - yes this will be a great first trip. We have French friends who have moved to and now live in Tahiti. So sailing and island hopping are very much on the agenda. Cheers!
