My daughters' and i have a Friday night ritual. We what TLC's 'What Not To Wear' every Friday night. Since we have been watching this show, i find that i am critical of other people's clothing!! If i see someone on the bus etc...i think 'why is she wearing that???' lol...i have turned in to a stacy lol...
Anyone else like this?

I love the show! I am not necessasarily critical of what others are wearing, just more aware. For instance, I will note that most of the people in my area have not gotten the darker wash denim as yet. I am just noticing things like that. The biggest thing I have started since watching teh show is being critical of my own clothes! I have decided that nothing in my closet is appropriate!

Ido not ususally care much what people wear. I will notice if I see people about my size that looks especially good. I will wonder where they shop. There are also times when i wonder what some people think. I am all for everyone deciding what they want to wear, but sometimes, I just cannot help but wonder about some people. I would never wear a tight, short top, and low cut jeans. having a larger tummy hang out does not appeal to me.

I've seen the show, but I still have a hard time thinking pointy toed shoes are attractive and in style. I can't stand them - they remind me of the Wicked Witch of the West! On occasion I will see someone, sometimes even a teenager and I wonder how someone didn't grab them before letting them out of the house. I realize no one can control what another does, but surely someone loves these people and will tell them that jeans to your knees, or wearing such a low cut shirt than you can see the bra, is way over the line of good taste.
Incidentally, do you remember the first guy who hosted the show with Stacy? He had long gray hair - it was such a long time ago. I always wondered what ever happened to him.
