Do you eat french fries?

According to Dr. Joseph Mercola at http://www.mercola.com one of the worst things that a person concerned about their health can eat are french fries. The reasons for this are many including potatoes being starchy and high in carbohydrates; the type of oil used to fry them is usually hydrogenated and high in trans fats; and also that they contain high amounts of carcinogens that are released during the deep frying process. I love french fries but with all this information I am cutting the eating of them back from two to three times a week to once or twice a month. How about you?

Yes French fries are bad for our health. But I just love them and eat them at least once a week. very bad I know. Thank you for reminding us about how much they are bad, maybe reading this discussion from time to time will stop me from eating French fries. At least stop making them myself and only have them once in a while when I eat outside. Generally all fied food is bad for us but most of the time it's the ones that taste better. Everytime I eat French fries I feel guilty but I never stopped. It's time now to do something about it and thanks again!

I am very active, so I don't really have to watch what I eat. I love french fries and eat alot of them. They seem to be the most convenient fast food when I am on the road doing my horsie thing.
