validating my 57 2 dr hardtop Chevy

I have recently purchased a 1957 Chevrolet 2 dr hardtop purported to be an ex World of Wheels Show Car approx 10-20 years ago. The colour is sierra gold, anyone who may be able to shed some light on my 57 history, I would be most greatful. Piri Te Tau from New Zealand
