Cigarette butts out the window

I HATE that!! My mom does it and it's because she doesn't want to get the inside of her car dirty with ashes and such. I don't want it on or in my car, either, so I wish they'd stop tossing them and flicking them out the window! I've had truckers do that and they fly into my car when I am behind them. Just clean out the ashtray, ya know?? That's why they were put in cars to begin with. It drives me nuts when people flick them out the window, and I wish they WERE fined (techinically it could be considered littering) but I don't think the police really pay much attention or care. Heck, they do it, too! :(

Fine them? SHOOT THEM! I spent my childhood running for my life from forest fires in the Pine Barrens of New Jersey, USA, every freakin' summer, sometimes several times. Always, every freakin' time, they were started by some ample anal cavity throwing their butt out the car window. Hundreds of thousands of forest creatures, dozens of homes, several human lives, all lost because some ignorant, narcissistic sack of putrid protoplasm could keep their ashtray clean. How about we take them and drop them in the middle of a HUGE ring of fire, and see how they enjoy the experience? Shooting is too kind, since it spares the smoker the long months of painful wasting away from cancer or heart/lung disease. BTW, I smoke. I just understand it isn't appropriate to throw my burning trash out my car window, that's all. Once you unleash fire, no matter how small, you cannot guarantee it will not hurt someone else. Ashtrays wash, you know, if you're worried about resale value.

there is a £70 for that here in the UK, I do it myself personally cos we use the ashtrays for other stuff like keeping spare change in, ashtrays in cars are never put in a convenient place either, you got more chance of burning a hole in your car if u use the ashtrays!
