He is a really mean person! He will not let those poor little computer people sleep, eat, go potty or whatever else they need. Yes, he knows how to make them do all that stuff, but he runs them until they either die or are half dead! Its pathetic to hear them crying and hollering because of their needs. lol.....

My 10 year old son bought Sim City this past weekend at a garage sale for only 25 cents. He loves that game. I don't understand it nor do I care...but it's funny watching him make cities and put a school right next to the prison. *lol* As for the people in it, I'm not sure he needs to deal with it.
Now, since I have a sick sense of humour, I'd have my son work and work and work and work with no breaks at all. As he's whining, I'd say "Tough, work anyways" until he gets the idea.

I loved sim city as a kid. Sim tower is fun too. You build hotels or malls or something.

yeah, I still play the SNES version sometimes. Except my son likes to delete my efforts and do his own thing. :/

That is really funny. I never heard of anyone that has done this in this game. Even I never thought of playing the game in such a strange way. I always tried to get everything right. I guess I will have to install the game again and try this new approach. At least I will have some laugh.

Yeah, it is fun to do different stuff with them. I set up theme families (such as all magic, or career oriented or something) and play them that way. I make people I know to put in there and play my life. Its just endless fun.

hahhahaha I love sims!!! I remember I did that to one of mine just to see what would happen. In my opinion the game isn't really fun if they're constantly yelling at you that they need ____.

You don't even want to know what I do with my sims.lol Most of the time I play very nice with them but every so often I get mean. When someone makes me mad, I create them in the sims game and I torture them. I put them in the pool and take out the ladder. I've got the new seasons expansion pack now so I make them sims stay outside so they can get hit by lightening. But don't worry, I always feel bad and if they die, I don't save the game or I beg the grim reaper for their life back. But it feels so good to get "revenge" on people who make me mad and they don't even know it.lol

Oh, I have done that too. When the Sims site was up and running (I still don't know what happened to it!) I would make stories and do all sorts of things with them.
I have yet to get any expansions for #2. I'm afraid of spending that kind of money and them coming out with another complete collection a year later like they did with the first one!
