Has anyone ever had a dream (or nightmare) that actually came true? I have, but I don't have those kind of dreams too often. I would love to be able to encourage more good prophetic dreams. If anyone knows how to do this, please let me know.

Do you meditate? If you begin doing this, prior to bed time it puts you in a more receptive state, ask a question, or in some way ask to be guided, on an issue you would like to know about it is a way to start. I also will listen to R. Carlos Nakai he is a Native American flute player his music takes me to a place of visions.

I have had dreams that have come true, at least I think I have. I never remember the dreams until they're happening. It's usually everyday mundane things, like walking down the street or having a particular discussion with a friend. I get this weird deja vu feeling. When I was younger, I didn't really think much of it, since they were such ordinary happenings. But then when I was in high school, I had a dream about a discussion in Literature class about a novel we'd been reading. There was no way we'd had the discussion before, since we'd just been assigned the chapter the day before, so I knew I must have dreamed it. And it played out word for word; I knew what everyone was going to say. It was very weird. I really don't like having dreams come true like that. I'm always afraid I'll have a bad dream and it won't come true. But so far, I don't remember them until they happen or are about to happen.
