Acne or pimples is a very common skin disorder that most young people get in early puberty. It is caused by inflammation of the small oil glands. Acne can be treated with medications that are either applied to the skin or taken by mouth. Here are some tips which can help:- Wash your face twice a day with a mild cleanser. Make sure you wash your skin whenever it becomes sweaty. Do not scrub your face. Do not squeeze or pick at the pimples. This makes them worse and may cause scarring. Avoid exposing your skin to too much cold, heat and sunlight. Sunlight may improve your acne for a while, but it won't cure it. Use a water-based moisturiser. Greasy or oily creams and foundations block the pores and may cause pimples. Choose a sensible, varied diet, drink lots of water and exercise regularly. Im using Palmer's Scar Treatment. A topical oil with a consistency and smell of vegetable oil. But they say that coco or butter is a natural prepation that is proven and effective on scars. When I was a kid I am used, cebo de macho (smells like beef oil). Its cheaper and they say its effective too. :

I also experience having pimples/acne but the most annoying part for me is the pimple scars. I look like a dalmatian because of the dark spot cause by pimples. I used different lightening cream but it took a month to lightens the dark spot. My mother recommend me to use Calamondin o Calamansi. At first putting it directly on your face felt itchy but its tolerable. You need to leave it for 5 mins then wash it after. It is effective for me because it fight the pimples because I thing of the acid content and it also lightens the dark scars faster. Hope this help!!
