Do you have "off" days?

Do you ever wake up and just not feel quite right? You can't really say that you feel bad...but you just can not seem to shake the feeling that soemthing is "off". Occassionally, I have days like this...just wake up ane do not feel quite right. Try as I may, I just can not change my mood.....I would say that maybe it was a "instinct" that something less than good was going to happen that day...but that does not seem to be the case, So I am wondering.....do you have days like this??? If you do...how do you attempt to get back to "yourself"??

Unfortunately I can relate very well to what you are describing. It is not that you feel sick or anything like that; it is just that something doesn't feel right. I have had many days where I feel that something is wrong but very rarely do I seem to work out what exactly it is. If something did go wrong later in the day then I would at least be able to call it a premonition but this doesn't seem to be the case either! I just try to put it out of my mind and get on with my day; but it isn't easy sometimes!

Thanks, James, for responding. Often, the next day, I wake up and everything is back to normal...but nothing else has changed...sleep or any other routine...glad to know that it is not just me. Although, I hate it when it happens and wish that I could find a way to change/prevent it. Once again, thank you for participating.

My pleasure! I dislike it also. It is the strangest feeling and I guess the word that best describes the feeling for me is "surreal". It sometimes feels like my body is there but I am not..... Thankfully it is not happening a lot!

Thank you, Cherie for responding. I do often try to do "deep breathing" or try to "clear my head", but it rarely works. I do appreciate your participation.
