What makes your mouth water?

when i see sour foods like ripe mango , sour dishes. Yes, when i smell a food my mouth waters.

I would have to say Chinese food as it is my absolute favorite and it is not something I ever get to eat very often as there are no restaurants that make Chinese food where I live so we have to drive an hour and a half to two hours away for me to get any and it is not something that my husband will eat so he doesn't like going there when we are in the area to get some .
