Do you get enough sleep?

What is your average sleep per day/night? Are you tired all day? Do you need power naps to keep you going? Are totally exhausted by the end of the day you have to sleep before you can do household chores and then go back to bed for the night?

I am not sure how much sleep I get as it is a different amount every night . I do feel tired all day but have been told this is due to anxiety caused from the stress of my job . I do like to power nap when I can and will do this when I feel I have to or I end up with a bad headache for the rest of the day . My family is good to let me do this when I feel I have too . I am more exhausted at the beginning of the day as at night I find it hard to get myself to bed . I have my hours all messed up from work and from being up with the youner one's for the most part .

well i try to get as much sleep as i can as i get up at 7am every morning to see to the little one so most nights i go to bed around 9pm ish which gives me a good 9-10 hours of sleep each night.

Yes I do as I do not go to sleep easy at night so I only get about 4-6 hours sleep as I get up at 6am I just can't sleep late, so by 2pm I am tired again Due to my Illness I have to have the rest so I can't even fight it

Usually my average is about 5 - 6 hours per night. I think this is more than enough however on certain nights (like last night) I only catch about 3 - 4 hours of sleep and that's when I'm really tired for the next couple of days until I'm able to catch those missed hours back up again. I actually read (most) of an e-book once that talked about "How to sleep less and have more energy" and that caused me to be able to cut from 7 hours average down to about 6 is most frequent average.

my average sleep per day is around 5-6 hours which i would love to have more and i love to sleep at given amount of time. and because of this time which i long to sleep extra i find it difficult to get up in the morning s without makeing a fuss of myself. and hence i feel very drained out by the time its mid morning. sayaround 11 or 12 and i just wait to grab something for lunch and head for my power naps of around 2hours, which keeps me energized for the rest of the day . if not one will find me dozing like a child by 7 pm so i believe power naps are boosters for us esp that we are continously working.
