Legit sites or not?

Actually this isn't about earning money. I wrote a post in my blog regarding Sites that pay before but didn't last. No matter what reasons or causes, I wonder why legit sites that pay don't last long? I posted legit sites complete with proof of payments but one is no longer working www.blogchex.com/favorites/ . If you have known any sites like this pls share.
