Fats are a great source of energy but they have more calories per serving than any of the other groups. It's about 135 calories a tablespoon compared to 60 calories for a tablespoon of protein. Some fats are better than others. Steer clear of transunsaturated and saturated fats and cholesterol. These are found in animal fats and can be harmful to your body. Are you aware of what you are eating? Then try to assess your health why you sometimes found symptoms in your health-bad or good?
