crossing cats bring bad luck....???

Ther is an olden say that cats,especially balck cats if cross yor way while you are going somewhere will definitely bring bad luck for you..It says what ever purpose you were ging for wont happen successfully on that day...do you believe in it?Have you had any such experience?

lol..that is a superstition. i always seen a black cross my way, usually by my pet cat, and guess what. my day still goes on smoothly. i wonder how this superstition came in existance.if im not mistaken this superstition came from europe, was it?
