Which is the truth, Christianity or Islam?

It is not like i am critisising anything here. The problem is that these two Religions have ideas that show that online either is right and only its followers will go to heaven. Does it mean that if christianity is the right one, all muslim will go to hell and vise versa? I am Worried. U too should be if u believe in life after death.
