What does mylot pay for?

I am been trying to see how mylot.com deside how much to pay per post, but I can't find it anywhere around here. I have heard someone saying it is something about the lenght or the post, or the quality (what other people rate)? If you have any experience around this subject, then please tell me.

you know that's one of my questions either. i don't know how they assign earnings. they say it's about the quality but who reads and checks the posts? what is their criteria? anyway let me know if you find out what their basis is.
