they said most make-ups expires after 1.5-2 years after the manufactured date... don't use expired make up especially if you have sensitive skin...it will just harm and damage your face...it will give you allergic reaction or some pimples... if you want make-up that won'y expires, try getting mineral make-up, they claining that their products wont expires save for sensitive skin, wont clog skin, no talc, etc., or if you can live with out make-up just to..to be safe,,,hehhehe

you can tell if a makeup is expired if there is discoloration, smelly makeup, and if the makeup easily breaks like, the powder, and lipstick.. they should have least the expiration date, so that we can check if it is expired..

lipgloss and lipsticks change consistancy color and scent. they can become dried out and brittle. if you notice a change in color or smell. toss it. mascara dries out, once it becomes slightly dry and flakey. get rid of it. powders have a slightly longer shelf life. i wouldnt worry about them too much, id say get a new one every three months? maybe. im not sure.
