loosing wight? its peanuts!!!

want to keep fit? loose weight? but hate the weight watchers meal?? here is some tips for you... eat some snack before your lunch. not joking, ya "snack!!" a study shows that, the peoples who eat 500kcl (90g) of peanuts snacks on top of their normal diet, subconsciously eating less of other foods. so, what's the result?? weight lose within several weeks. but remember, keep on the daily diet activity, control your calorie intake... the result will be significant!!! peanuts have lot of nutritions!! and it helps to protect against the major diseases of the modern developed word. oh ya, the snacks is "roasted peanut" or "salted peanut".. not "sneakers" which contained lots of sugar... have fun with the dairy diet then~

Ok I agree with the concept. I think eating salty peanuts could be bad though for hypertension and diabetes. I also think the same results could be had with a mixed nuts snack. Any snack eaten before a meal can cause you to eat less as long as the snack is low cal and healthy it will keep you from feeling famished. A large glass of water drank before a meal will help also. Our bodies need to be hydrated to digest our meals. What does the dairy diet have to do with eating peanuts for a snack before lunch? Good discussion....
