The ever growing menace of Traffic in urban cities!!

The traffic in urban cities across the globe is increasing at an alarming stage. Added to the woes is the pollution. Traffic needs to be regulated and it is an herculian task for the manpower deployed in regulating it.It is a high time to study the future consequences on the health of the people.
Do you think the rules and regulations, we have currently are sufficient enough to meet the growing menace of traffic in urban cities??????
