I usually cook in the following ways: 1, scramble eggs 2, make egg drops in soups 3, boil in water I watch Food channal and found people from various culture cook very differently. How do you usually cook and eat eggs? Any special ones from your region or culture? Any creative ones you designed?

yes for breakfast scrambled eggs . . . sautee butter with onions then slices of sausage and beaten eggs with salt and pepper. this is great with white rice , glass of ice cold fresh milk and banana. hard boiled egg great for sandwich like sliced or chopped the cooked eggs then mix little ranch dressing or mayonnaise and dijon mustard. great with onion bagel with american cheese single , lettuce , tomato and cucumber for a very healthy breakfast with a glass of fresh orange juice. sunny side-up egg also great with tomato catsup then mix with white rice and eaten with corned beef or chorizo. . with apple for a healthy start of the day.

Boil eggs, shell them and keep aside. In a vessel or pan take a little oil add finely chopped onion to it saute till it becomes little brown. Now add tomatoes and saute till it becomes pulpy. Add a pinch of turmeric, chilli powder and powdered spices fry it for another 2 minutes. Add half a cup of water to it. when it starts boiling cut the eggs into half and add to the gravy. when it boils close the fire and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.

I make them sunny side up, in omelets with cheese and mushrooms, and boiled and chopped with mayo.

I am not a big egg person, but when I do eat them it is over-easy, no doubt. If, you cook them sunny side up, it seems they don't get cooked all the way on top, or too much on bottom. Scrambled, to me, has a funky taste. I will eat a bioled egg once and a while though, maybe around easter time :)

I always like fried eggs. But sometimes I just put it into hot water and boil . I think the second is better to our health.

I havent' done anything special with eggs. Just scrambled with cheese, over easy and hard boiled. my aunt is Italian and at easter she makes a bread braid that has hard boiled eggs whole still in the shell threw it. It's a bit weird for me, but it's an italian thing.
