Roti vs Phulka

What is difference between Phukla and roti? which is better if I am diet conscious?

Hi roti or parota is one in which you add oil , you even make the dough using atleast half a spoon of oil. But phulka is one in which you dont add oil or salt even, [people who want salt can add a pinch of salt but not oil] and heat it on the flame directly after you heat it for two three minutes on the pan. however both are made of atta , phulka tastes good only if consumed when it is still hot whereas you can keep a roti for two days also , it remains fresh even after two days. what i suggest you is eat phulkas which helps you to be more healthy, because anyways we add lots of oils in curries and lots of salt too, hence a phulka without oil or salt is good for this kind of curries. all the best. bye
