i think it would be friends. without friends you can't have any referrals. though, everything is important

i think three of them are a good combination that could helps us to increase our networking and it also stimulates our own mind to increase idea that we can share to others.

I would prefer friends referral if the friend is reliable and friendly that is not greedy. If someone become friend just to throw his/her referral then I will doubt him/her as greedy and motiveness as I believe friend is for friend and friend's referral is not worthless.

First off I think we need good friends with somewhat the same interests and with that then if they wish then they can become or referral, but I think a good referral is someone that you know have at least a little interest in the everyday business you are trying to get referrals for.

I also think all 3 are important. When you make friends you can always help each other out. Make friends with different talents and all together with referrals, friends and intersts you make your networking better in the long run.
