According to me: If you search in dictionary about civilization you may get some thing like fine arts or some others.But what is it actually?.People of europe think that they are civilized than Asians.Because Europeans put mor cloths than Asians.But the cloths depend upon climate.What will happen if two mens are fighting in street.The policeman may seprate them.The viewers may scold them as Uncivilized.What will happen if two countries are fighting?Is it not Uncivilized.Post your response as fast as you can.
