I plan to make a simple exercise program,for health reason (maybe), weight loss reason (maybe) or even just being a follower to find out why (some)people like exercise. Can you offer me a simple exercise plan for me, a simple plan where i dont have to run out my sweat, feel hurt in my muscle...

The best exercise is something you enjoy. Anything that gets you moving is exercise. Walking is one of the most popular forms of exercise and you can start slow and work up to a longer faster pace. Gardening is a great form of exercise if you enjoy it. It burns more calories than most other activities and you don;t even relize it. Important thing is to just get moving and increase your activity and work from there.
