Why should we be not proud to be Filipinos? Look, there are more countries living worse than Philippines. While we are having big problems, some countries are at war. while we can still plant vegetables at our garden, some countries are experiencing continuing droughts. While we are having elections (whatever your opinion on how genuine the election is), some countries are ruled by dictators for life. While other rich countries (like USA) are having destroyed family backbone, we still have a fairly good family structure. While other countries are forced not to have faith, here in the Philippines we have the freedom to practice relegion. While we have a lot of problems, we have a lot of people who are happy here. Blessings are always here. Just have to ope our eyes.
