When is the cut.off or the deadline for the payout?

To those who have stayed long here at mylot for several months already, I have a question regarding the payout. For the April 15th payout, when is the cut-off or the deadline? Is it today, March 30th? Or tomorrow, the 31sT? Please, I need some answers. Thanks a lot! :)

I would imagine it is far easier to set the deadline at the last day of the month, don't forget February has only 28 days and sometimes 29 so that would cause problems, plus on months with 31 days you would have to carry a day over.
