Have you tried lime wire ? its PHP program using which you can find softwares,videos,music etc. You should be careful about the viruses. Anything from the net, unless it is a paid subscription you can not rule out the possibility of infected files. I have not faced a problem with lime wire till today(I do not know whether it is legal or not, may be some one else would tell you). I feel it is the best to have music and videos down loaded without paying.
