Do you know your Reds and Greens???

i am a fashion designer, and i suffer from partial colour blindness.. get confused between a particular tone of reds and greens sometimes.. though in my profession, colours mean everything.. but still.. i cant help it, i manage somehow!
1 in every 20 men suffer from partial color blindness, as compared to a meagre 0.4% of women who suffer from this!
what about you? do you know your reds and greens? do you know anyone who suffers from color blindness?
does it hamper your normal routine life?

Yes! i have a drivers licence and i dont have any problems at the stop lights, i think you dint read the question right.. i said that the most common colour blindness is partial in nature and the patient suffers from the inability to differ in between "specific shades" of green and red (ones having similar hue). the ones at traffic lights have a big contrast. thanks for your response buddy!

Are you a lady or man? Anyway,my dad has the same problem, he can't identify between greens and reds. I am not sure from when he is having this. But he keeps on saying, he got this once he became a diabetic. But I am not sure he is correct. It is correct that diabetes does hamper your eyesight, but I am not sure if that will cause colorblindness.
