Needless to say, Epitaphs are the messages written on the gravestone. Often one finds inscribed words, symbols or images which provide information and in some cases insights about the person buried there. The
source for an epitaph can range from scriptural passages to personal messages written by a loved one.
The following examples are from the Ross Bay Cemetery in Victoria.
“The corn was reaped while it was green. The sun went down while it was day”(this individual was 22 and died in the Point Ellice Bridge disaster May 1896)
“Sleep on Sweet Mother/ and take thy rest, God/ called Thee Home, He/ thought its best.

i wish the following lines to written on my grave stone ''just came on deputation to planet earth between xx.yy.zzzz to aa.bb.cccc' and who always believed that 'Real happiness lies in making others happy'. OK now if you were given the option, what you want to be written on your Grave stone?

Oh gosh totalearnings, I think I will not have a grave stone of my own. I will prefer cremation and put in one of those pot and placed somewhere. Anyway, I'm just a little bunny. Maybe I can request to write down this one: Don't forget to offer carrots to me everyday...LOL!

i want either:
"Poisoned hearts will never change"
or:
"There are no flowers. No, not this time."
or:
"Never never wanted this. From the start i've been decieved."
There are also several other quotes i would love to be on my headstone...and yes, most of them are from AFI, just like the ones i just posted.
